Open the service catalog, choose a plan, and review the available location or datacenter. Availability is specific to the plan. The system selects the eligible infrastructure for new orders; it does not move your existing servers.

Choose software

Select an offered operating system and optional application. Only compatible, enabled choices should be available. A software license, domain, or external AI subscription is not included unless the offer explicitly says so.

Review the amount

Choose an available monthly, annual, or longer term. Apply a coupon and check its validity, discount, and any renewal conditions. Review the generated invoice before paying; an estimate is not a payment confirmation.

After checkout

Pay once using an available method, then follow the service deployment status. If payment or provisioning is pending, do not place repeated orders to force activation. Give support the invoice and service references instead.
