Open the correct service

Sign in, open your services, and select the VPS you own. Connection, monitoring, software, activity, and billing sections describe that service only. Keep the service reference handy when asking for help.

Why an option may be unavailable

An unpaid, provisioning, suspended, ended, or unlinked service cannot perform every operation. Some controls also depend on the operating system, infrastructure support, an enabled customer permission, or an approved installer. Read the reason next to the option rather than retrying it repeatedly.

Choose the right operation

  • Start: boot a stopped VPS.
  • Stop or reboot: interrupt running applications; save work first.
  • Install application: add compatible software to the current OS after review.
  • Reinstall OS: erase the OS disk and start again; back up first.

Unavailable console or firewall controls do not mean that disabling security checks will fix them. Contact support with the exact service and message.
