Add funds

Open the wallet, choose an available payment method, and review the deposit amount, currency conversion, and any displayed fee. Only configured, enabled methods should be offered. Complete the provider's payment flow once.

Wait for verification

A redirect or screenshot does not prove a completed payment. Wallet credit is added after the payment is verified. If it remains pending, retain the payment reference and contact support; do not submit an unrelated transaction hash.

Pay an invoice

Open the intended unpaid invoice and review its number, service, and total. If you use the wallet, confirm the invoice and amount before paying. Adding wallet funds does not necessarily pay every outstanding invoice automatically.

If something looks wrong

Check wallet transactions and invoice status before starting another payment. Provide references and times, never gateway credentials, card details, or private keys.

Was this not enough?Include the service number, exact error, and time of the problem. Never send a password or private key.
