Check the original payment

Compare the billing invoice or deposit with the gateway's transaction reference, amount, and status. A wallet deposit and a service invoice are different destinations.

Crypto payments

Use exactly the address, asset, network, and amount shown by the payment request. Confirmations and expiry rules vary by gateway. Sending on another network, using a previous address, or underpaying can prevent automatic matching.

bKash or other redirect payments

Complete the authorized gateway flow and return to billing. Verification may continue after the browser returns. An exchange-rate or fee estimate is not proof of payment.

Escalate rather than duplicate

If the bank or wallet shows a debit but billing remains pending, contact support with the invoice reference, provider reference, approximate time, amount, and redacted receipt. Never share PINs, OTPs, passwords, or full financial account details. Do not pay again merely because an email is delayed.
