Approval and pricing

Apply through the reseller section when it is enabled and complete the requested business information. Approval is required before protected reseller tools are available. The dashboard shows the current tier, requirements, and eligible plan prices.

Ownership and payment

The reseller owns and pays for services purchased through the reseller account. End customers in an external billing system do not become unrelated account owners here. Keep enough balance for purchases and eligible renewals; your customer's external payment alone does not prove the reseller invoice here is paid.

Protect API access

Keep API tokens in your server-side system, never in public HTML or a browser app. Follow the account's API documentation for permitted operations, confirmations, and rate limits. Use the supplied module only after testing it in your own staging installation.

Before going live

Verify order matching, renewal behavior, insufficient-balance handling, and that each customer can access only their own service. Never use an invoice or order ID as an assumed infrastructure VM ID.

Was this not enough?Include the service number, exact error, and time of the problem. Never send a password or private key.
